Out-of-Home Services Specialist (Part-Time) Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected Hours: 6–20 hours per week Schedule: Flexible; evenings and weekends required Location: Community-based Come be a part of a faith-based organization dedicated to serving youth and strengthening families in our community. Priority is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who are passionate about supporting families experiencing foster care and reunification services. Position Overview The Out-of-Home Services Support Specialist is responsible for supporting and equipping biological parents with the tools necessary to provide a safe, nurturing environment during monitored visitation with their child(ren). This role may also include working directly with parents to achieve individualized goals that support family reunification or preservation. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support parent-child visits in accordance with service plans Provide guidance and skill-building to parents during visitation Support reunification and family preservation goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with agency staff and families Uphold agency values, professionalism, and confidentiality Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age Bachelor’s degree in a human services field such as (but not limited to): Social Work Psychology Sociology Early Childhood Development Or a related field OR Currently enrolled in college and within two semesters of completing a bachelor’s degree in a human services or related field Comparable Experience May Be Considered: High school diploma or GED with at least two years of job-related or lived experience Associate’s degree plus one year of experience in human services or a related field Individuals completing bachelor’s-level internship hours in a human services field while earning their degree Compensation & Benefits Priority offers a supportive and rewarding work environment that values staff and their contributions, including: Competitive hourly compensation Flexible scheduling Mileage reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Training reimbursement PTO Healthcare stipend for eligible employees Job Type Part-time Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Health insurance Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Application Question(s): Would you prefer a day-time (1pm-4pm) training or evening (6-9pm) training?
