Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Executive Office Administrator (EOA) to support the Vice President for Government and Enterprise Contracts in Hazelwood, Berkeley or Saint Charles, Missouri.The ideal candidate has experience supporting C-suite executives, possesses a high degree of professionalism and discretion, and is unflappable in high-pressure, fast-paced environments. The selected candidate will be a team player, proactive and have the capability to adjust priorities effectively.Position Responsibilities:Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangementMonitors designated business traveler's logistics and generates expense reportsAssists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cardsCollects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signatureCreates, edits and maintains electronic and written communicationTracks and maintains information relative to department and business operationsCommunicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiencesProcesses and screens incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of informationPrioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of timeTracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resourcesCoordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resourcesOrders and maintains office suppliesPlans and implements logistics for senior executive level internal and external eventsProvides guidance to less experienced employeesWorks under minimal supervisionHandles other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5+ years of experience developing and/or maintaining integrated schedules5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint5+ years of experience providing administrative support to multiple customers such as executives, managers, and staff membersExperience in effective written and verbal communication across global audiencesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s degree or higher3+ years of experience coordinating and processing domestic and/or international travel arrangementsExperience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environmentExperience functioning as a liaison between customers and senior executives as well as superior work prioritization and multi-tasking skillsExperience exhibiting personable and professional phone demeanor; speak clearly, professionally and with decorumConflict of Interest:Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace (DFW) where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing, we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract, engage and retain the top talent.
