This role plays a vital part in resident comfort, safety, and overall quality of care by ensuring rooms and common areas meet established cleanliness standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties in assigned areas according to established schedulesClean, sanitize, dust, damp-wipe, polish, and spot-clean resident rooms and furnishings using approved cleaning agents and equipmentMaintain cleanliness of resident room items including beds, bed rails, nightstands, tables, chairs, shelves, light fixtures, TVs, radios, pictures, feeding tables, and door facingsFollow proper cleaning procedures and infection control protocols at all timesEnsure a consistently high standard of cleanliness throughout resident rooms and common areasReport maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate department Qualifications:Housekeeping experience preferredAbility to speak, read, write, and understand EnglishPatience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward the elderly and disabledAbility to perform essential job functions, including physical and sensory requirements, with or without reasonable accommodationStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures Benefits:Competitive wagesElite low-cost Gold Plan Blue Cross Blue Shield health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid holidaysPaid vacation Ready to Be Part of Something Special?
