Enterprise - 1001 Westbrook Street - Responsibilities: Make outgoing calls to internal and external customers for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo); Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal text message for all three brands (Enterprise, National, and Alamo); Log and organize items in the Lost and Found; Provide daily follow up with QSPs; Work with customers with overdue rentals
