As a Management Nurse Associate, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role supporting Nurse Managers and ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple units, departments, and, in some cases, campuses. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing data, people, and processes while contributing to the success of nursing leadership and frontline care teams. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support, particularly in payroll, scheduling, compliance, and workforce management, for 150 to 350 teammates. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a positive teammate experience.
