Ability to check video footage, capture and, retain videoInvestigating all disturbances, accidents, guests, and employee injuries.Responding immediately to all emergency situations including fires, power failures, medical, and threatsAccurately compiling all appropriate loss prevention reports in accordance with company policies and proceduresMonitoring all vendors, visitors, movers, and employees entering and leaving the facilitiesTaking feedback from residentsFollowing all points of SOP for the opening and closing of their shiftSupporting safe work habits and a safe working environment at all timesSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsMust have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patientExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsProlonged periods of standing and walkingMust be able to lift up, carry, push, or pull up to 50 poundsThis is a hourly full-time position, non-exempt. Must be available to work weekends.
