This role leads business development initiatives, manages key client relationships, and supports the execution of sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Development StrategyDevelop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform growth strategies. Sales Leadership & ExecutionLead and support the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing. Establish sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Partner with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals. Drive high-impact presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients. Client Relationship ManagementCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Team Collaboration & LeadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, and finance teams. Mentor and support junior sales or business development staff as needed. Foster a high-performance, results-driven team culture. Performance & ReportingMonitor sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs. Prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership. Use CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer engagement.QUALIFICATIONS   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).   5–8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.   Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.   Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.   Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value deals.    Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS A TRANSWORLD & EXIT FACTOR TEAM MEMBER Leaders and team members who support and empower you.Transparent business and performance goals—and the freedom to exceed them.Development and training opportunities to grow, lead, and fly higher.
