Position Overview Role: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Location: 100% Remote (Telemedicine) Compensation: $70.00 USD per hour Commitment: Ultra-flexible schedule (Minimum of just 5 hours of availability per week) State Licensure Requirements As we rapidly expand our national reach, multi-state licensure is our top priority. We are actively seeking providers who hold multiple active, unencumbered state licenses. ⭐ High-Priority States: Candidates holding active licenses in any of the following states will be given immediate priority during the interview process: Washington (WA) North Dakota (ND) New Hampshire (NH) Mississippi (MS) Louisiana (LA) Hawaii (HI) Key Qualifications & Expectations Bilingual Fluency (Required): You must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with and treat our diverse patient base. This is a strict, non-negotiable requirement.Clinical Experience: Proven background working in Primary Care, with a strong focus on preventative health and chronic disease management. Telehealth & GLP-1 Expertise: Comfort with remote patient evaluation and demonstrated experience in prescribing and managing GLP-1 receptor agonists for metabolic health and weight management. Engagement: To ensure continuity of care, our providers are expected to complete a baseline of at least 50 clinical tasks per month (this includes both synchronous video visits and asynchronous chat/chart reviews/refills).
