Senior Planning Future Operations Specialist

MANTECH seeks a mission-driven and detail-oriented Senior Planning Future Operations Specialist to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToWill serve as a technical authority for long-range logistics strategy and contingency planning.Analyze complex organizational data to develop optimal time, cost, and logistics networks for program implementation.Provide expert-level modeling and optimizing methods to assist management with strategic decision-making.Develops future-oriented logistics strategies in coordination with Government stakeholders to support OPLANs and CONPLANs.Provide specialized expertise regarding swift transitions from steady-state operations to contingency response within the INDOPACOM AOR.Approve and validate distribution plans that mitigate chokepoints and adversary A2/AD threats.Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.Minimum QualificationsBA/BS in a relevant discipline or a related field10+ years of position-relevant experience; experience in formal document approval and acting as a functional lead for program deliverablesPreferred QualificationsMA/MS in Operations Research, Data Analytics, Logistics, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experiencePMP certificationClearance RequirementsMust hold an active Secret clearancePhysical RequirementsThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
