Key Responsibilities:Enter and maintain SCO items within the Global Keyboard based on approved requirementsConfigure item attributes including descriptions, categories, images, pricing rules, and ASCO eligibilityValidate data accuracy and completeness prior to testing and production deploymentFollow established configuration standards and documentation requirementsSupport testing cycles by verifying item behavior in test environmentsResolve data issues and rework items as neededRequired Qualification:High school diploma or equivalent1–2 years of data entry or system configuration experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyComfortable working in structured systems and spreadsheetsContract Expectation: Task based delivery with clear SLAsAbility to ramp quickly and follow defined proceduresMinimal design or decision making responsibilities
