Engineering Lab Technician

Job Title: Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team dedicated to developing innovative test equipment for motor and battery manufacturing. We are seeking a hands-on individual capable of setting up equipment and running tests on prototype builds.Responsibilities+ Set up and run tests on prototype builds.+ Read and interpret electrical schematics to correctly wire tests.+ Utilize Microsoft platforms such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively.+ Confidently use hand tools including drills and saws.Essential Skills+ Proficiency in reading electrical schematics.+ Efficiency with Microsoft platforms (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).+ Confidence in using hand tools (drills, saws).+ Experience with test equipment, automation, electrical, and mechanical systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Minimum Associate's Degree in Automation, Electrical, or Mechanical, or equivalent military training.+ Demonstrated experience working hands-on with mechanical and electrical products, equipment, or technology.Work EnvironmentWork in a brand new, state-of-the-art test lab as part of a small, dynamic team.
