Program Manager, Programs and AmeriCorps Location: Hybrid (Massachusetts) Salary: Starting at $70,000, commensurate with experience Kids in Tech is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Program Manager, Programs and AmeriCorps to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our growing portfolio of STEM education programs, including our new AmeriCorps initiative. This leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, leading teams, strengthening school and community partnerships, and delivering high-quality educational experiences for young people. Key responsibilities include Leading school-year, summer, and community STEM programs Managing AmeriCorps implementation and compliance Supervising Program Coordinators, instructional staff, AmeriCorps members, and seasonal personnel Driving program quality, evaluation, and continuous improvement Building strong relationships with school districts and community partners Leading operational planning, reporting, and program systems This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the next chapter of one of Massachusetts' fastest-growing STEM education nonprofits while expanding access to high-quality STEM learning opportunities for young people across the Commonwealth.
