Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Designer based in Del Mar, CA. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and executing interior spaces by conducting space planning, designing layouts, selecting furnishings, and overseeing projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients, preparing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) specifications, and ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met. The role involves close collaboration with a talented design and construction team to deliver exceptional spaces that align with client preferences. Qualifications Proficiency in Space Planning and understanding of layouts to optimize functionality and aestheticsKnowledge of Architecture and experience in creating Construction DrawingsExpertise in Interior Design with a focus on concepts, styles, and design principlesExperience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and procurementStrong communication, collaboration, and project management skillsProficiency with design tools and software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar toolsA degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldExperience in general contracting or construction is a plus
