Event and Marketing Coordinator
Job Title: Administrative Support - Marketing 2
Duration: 12 Months
Location: 1020 Kifer Rd, Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for on-site meetings and events (e.g., VIPs, team meetings) as needed including room set-up, materials, refreshments/meals, and logistics (IT, scheduling the lab)
Provide administrative support for off-site meetings and events (e.g., conferences, tradeshows, TOME) as needed including researching parking locations, food trucks, team building venues
Processes various forms related to documenting activities of functional area (ESAs, Faculty payments)
Process purchase orders, honorariums, expense reimbursement
Provide administrative support for events/sales: as needed including SFDC campaign creation and member management
Assist in ad-hoc projects or other duties as needed (Web lead email cleanup/forwarding to appropriate teams; NDA documents; Qualtrics data management; inventory management (reordering assets); and speaker packet management (photos, bios, and video releases); On24 organization)
Additional assignments may be found in various functional areas.

Experience:
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Skill/Job Requirements: Competency Requirements: (Competency is based on: education, training, skills, and experience.)
At least 3-5 years experience (or equivalent) in an administrative capacity. Preferably at a technology company with a high customer service focus College graduate, preferably in business/marketing.
Maintain a high work ethic and confidentiality
Solid computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Outlook. Smartsheet knowledge is a plus.
Must be an initiative-taker with the ability to prioritize and complete projects expediently, efficiently, and on time
Effectively manage multiple tasks in a professional manner
Effective communication skills including oral, written, and interpersonal
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
