Recruiting Coordinator

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the initial stages of the hiring process. Key Responsibilities Review and screen a high volume of applications for sales and customer care roles Efficiently manage candidate movement through the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication Organize outreach campaigns to maintain an active talent pipeline and identify suitable candidates from the existing database Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or a high-volume administrative role Experience managing candidates within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); familiarity with Greenhouse or Ashby preferred Strong pattern recognition skills to evaluate resumes quickly and accurately High attention to detail and organizational skills in managing candidate data Education: HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
