They prioritize quality, service, and customer care while creating exciting growth opportunity for their employees WORK ENVIRONMENT On-the-job training Lively atmosphere Casual work attire The Feeder Setup Technician is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production line by setting up and maintaining feeders for electronic components. Key Responsibilities: Set up and configure feeders on pick-and-place machines according to production requirements and specifications. Tear down feeders and properly return materials to the proper storage location. Perform routine maintenance on feeders to prevent breakdowns and ensure reliability. Document feeder setups, adjustments, and maintenance activities accurately for reference and future optimization. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Meet KPIs of feeder setup as developed by the company. Comply with all ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and other applicable standards; ensure department compliance. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent; associates degree preferred. 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing is desired. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to display confidence and positivity. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Demonstrated integrity and commitment to behaving ethically and morally, showing consistency in actions, values, principles, and expectations in alignment with the organization's vision, mission, values, and pillars. Environmental and Physical Requirements: Regular standing, sitting, use of hands/fingers to perform daily assigned work tasks, and verbal communication. Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Infrequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds; lifting and/or moving weights more than 100 pounds with the use of a pallet jack. Strong visual abilities required for close proximity viewing, color identification, depth perception, and ability to adjust microscope focus. Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise level.
