Client Account Manager
**Please be advised this position is located in WHITE SALMON, WA. approximately a 60 minute drive east of Portland/Vancouver, please be aware that this job would require commuting daily to the office**
Radcomp Technologies builds strategic partnerships with companies to deliver top-notch IT support that will provide stability to take businesses into the future. Our dedicated team of IT professionals manage systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure our clients can work efficiently, all while minimizing business downtime.
We are seeking a Client Account Manager that will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our client relationships and satisfaction. This includes regular check-ins (via phone, email or in person), visits and follow-ups with our clients as well as being involved in many meetings with our clients to help manage and track expectations on both sides. The successful candidate will also work very closely with the service manager and the service coordinator to make sure that client issues brought to their attention are promptly and correctly resolved. In short, our Client Account Managers are the friendly face and non-technical individual that will keep in constant contact with our clients.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Ensuring that all Radcomp clients are satisfied with the services provided through strong communication and expectation management
Organizing and leading meetings with clients to discuss issues, new projects, or for periodic check-ins
Holding service and project delivery groups accountable for the progress and completion of client requests
Creating and maintaining client technical alignment reports with up-to-date information
Assisting the Agreements Coordinator with the renewal / agreement alteration process
Proposing and presenting of new projects and value-added revenue opportunities
Reviewing of service tickets for assigned clients to escalate issues identified to the Service Manager and Service Coordinator as needed
Other duties as assigned
