Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician is responsible for managing and performing field service activities, including installing, maintaining, and servicing new and existing equipment. This role requires extensive travel to customer facilities, both domestically and internationally, and involves managing large equipment installations, mechanical work, and communication with various stakeholders. Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services for our customers. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits. Duties: - Fabricate, install, and repair various mechanical and electrical systems - Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC/R systems - Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Perform welding and other fabrication tasks as needed - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Requirements: - Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude - Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role - Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals - Experience with industrial electrical systems - Knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Note: All candidates must meet the following requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification or degree preferred) - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds) - Willingness to travel to customer sites as required If you are a skilled Field Service Technician looking for an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply.
