Project TechnicianLocation: Denver, COCompensation: $45.00–$50.00/hr + Paid Medical + Pension + Company VehicleSupport High-Impact Commercial HVAC ProjectsAn established commercial mechanical services organization is seeking an experienced Project Technician to support installation, startup, retrofit, and project execution efforts throughout the Denver market.This role is ideal for an experienced commercial HVAC technician who enjoys project-based work, installation activity, and supporting a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems and equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong field experience, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering quality work and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Support installation and startup of commercial HVAC systems• Perform repairs, overhauls, and project-related work• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping layouts, and engineering documentation• Document work performed and support project execution activities• Provide technical support and maintain strong customer relationships• Work safely and collaboratively with project teamsEquipment Experience:• Rooftop Units (RTUs)• Chillers• Cooling Towers• Hot Water / Steam Boilers• Packaged Air Conditioners• Air Handling and Fan Coil Units• Condensers and Chilled Water Pumps• Control Systems• Variable Frequency Drives• Air Compressors, Exhaust Fans, Humidifiers, and related systemsQualifications:• 6–8 years commercial HVAC experience preferred• Well-rounded Journeyman background preferred• Strong installation and troubleshooting skills• Strong communication and organizational abilities• High School diploma or GED• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record• Union membership requiredBenefits:• Paid medical, dental, and vision insurance• Pension and retirement programs• Company vehicle and fuel card• Company phone and tools provided• Professional training and development opportunitiesThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician seeking long-term growth and exposure to complex commercial HVAC projects.
