CUSTOMER SERVICE QUOTING SPECIALIST

PRAB Customer Service Quoting Specialists are responsibilities include effectively communicating with customers, completing quote requests, sending quote acknowledgements, explaining the quotes as well as the parts and what they do. This position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor.QualificationsDedication to excellence and a quality outputHonest, Reliable, and irreversible IntegrityExperience with Microsoft Office SoftwareResponsibilitiesThe following activities are required in this position:Promoting excellence throughout the departmentLocate drawings and reference information using computer and paper filesUse Visual Estimating window and accurately enter parts/service to be quotedAbility to qualify the customer’s request and determine the proper part needed to fix issue and consulting with technical support and engineering when necessaryMaintain a positive attitude when dealing with difficult customersAbility to place orders in Visual, following the Parts Order Entry SOPManage/update Quoting SOP as changes happen and document accordinglyManage/update current Price List and documenting accordinglyAdd commonly sold parts to Price List and build parts/price list for Puck Master itemsSimple releasable part quotes need to be completed within 24 hours of receiptOther duties as assignedProper disposal and handling of Proprietary documents
