Staging Driver

Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Staging Driver to join our team. This role is responsible for safely transporting staging inventory (furniture, artwork, accessories) to and from project sites, assisting with loading/unloading trucks, moving items on-site, and helping with setup and installation for staging projects. The ideal candidate is punctual, detail-oriented, physically fit, and has a positive attitude when working with a team.ReponsibilitiesSafely drive company vehicles (box trucks, vans) to and from warehouse and project locationsLoad and unload furniture, décor, and accessories with care to prevent damageAssist with the physical moving, placement, and installation of staging items according to design plansHandle furniture assembly/disassembly if needed (beds, tables, etc.)Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and warehouse loading areasPerform basic equipment inspections and report any maintenance needsFollow all safety procedures during loading, unloading, and on-site installationCommunicate professionally with team members, clients, and site contactsAssist with wrapping, packing, and protecting items during transportationOccasionally assist with warehouse tasks like inventory management and preparation for upcoming projectsQualificationsA valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)Prior experience in furniture moving, delivery driving, staging, or related fields preferredAbility to lift and move heavy furniture and décor (50–75 lbs) consistentlyComfortable using moving equipment (dollies, straps, blankets, etc.)Strong teamwork and communication skillsAbility to take direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFlexible schedule; willing to work occasional evenings or weekends based on project needsProfessional appearance and positive attitudePhysical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carryingAbility to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
