Job description:Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)/ Speech Therapist (ST) , Early InterventionIn personFull Time or Part TimeWe are currently seeking a highly motivated Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), Speech Therapist (ST) to provide home-based services for children from birth through -3 years old.Responsibilities:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patientsProvide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skillsMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to provide comprehensive careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsProvide education and support to patients and their familiesQualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)/ Speech Therapist (ST) from an accredited programValid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)Previous experience working as a speech-language pathologist (slp) preferredKnowledge of diagnostic procedures and treatment techniques for speech, language, and communication disordersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent problem-solving skillsExperience working with pediatric patients preferredFamiliarity with critical care and acute care settings, including ICU, if neededAbility to work effectively in a multidisciplinary teamExcellent organizational and time management skillsNote:This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
