Receptionist - Auto DealershipAs our new receptionist, you will be the voice and face of our dealership. So we need someone with a winning attitude and a professional appearance. While we prefer someone with experience, candidates with great potential will also be considered. Our dealership is a family, and we treat each employee as such.Job ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming phone calls, direct callers to appropriate department or individual, or take a detailed messageGreet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visitDirect customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salespersonCommunicate with customers in a professional, friendly mannerMaintain a professional, neat appearanceAssist finance and sales with administrative tasksAny other duties as assignedEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 months of related experience and/or training; Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.CompensationCompensation is based on experience.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
