We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Compensation: $41,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year Benefits: License Reimbursement 401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Harvey & Metairie, LA. Our office is open 9:00AM. I have been a State Farm agent since 2014. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Tulane University. We have 50 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
