The ideal candidate has 1-4+ years of industry experience, is a good communicator, a team player, and has the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. Required Skills: An artistic eye for design A thorough understanding of the HTML(5) DOM Responsive HTML / CSS CSS Preprocessing (Sass, LESS, Compass, etc.) CSS Frameworks (such as Bootstrap) JavaScript (jQuery, AngularJS, Ember, etc.) Ability to grok server-side programming concepts Expertise in Adobe products that aid in web design Great to have, but not required: Familiarity of popular CMS's such as Drupal and Wordpress Source Code Management (Git, SVN, Mecurial, etc.) A passion for open source
