This role is critical to our growth strategy as we expand from $5M to $10M in annual revenue. The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to drive production, accountability, and performance across teams.This position will oversee all aspects of production, including project management, estimating, and field operations, while ensuring excellence in execution, data tracking, and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipOversee daily operations across emergency services, asbestos abatement, and reconstruction divisionsDrive production performance through data, KPIs, and financial metricsEnsure all projects are executed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company standardsLead team accountability across Project Managers, Estimators, and Field StaffPerformance & AccountabilityEstablish and enforce clear expectations, metrics, and reporting structuresHold team members accountable to job duties, timelines, and system updatesMonitor job costing, margins, and production efficiency using internal systems and reporting toolsIdentify operational gaps and implement process improvementsEstimating & Financial OversightReview and interpret Xactimate and Symbility estimatesDevelop and oversee Excel-based Time & Materials estimates for insurance-related workEnsure accuracy and profitability across all estimates and job budgetsSystems & Data ManagementEnsure proper use and maintenance of existing software systemsDrive adoption of systems and enforce timely, accurate data entryCreate, maintain, and improve Excel-based tools, reports, and dashboards (including formulas and automation)Team Development & HiringLead recruiting efforts and play a key role in hiring top talentMentor and develop team members to improve performance and leadership capabilityBuild a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementCustomer Experience* Maintain and reinforce a high standard of customer service across all divisions* Ensure client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of each projectQualifications10+ years of experience in the restoration industry, including:Emergency servicesAsbestos abatement (Plus)ReconstructionProven leadership experience managing operations, production teams, and multiple departmentsStrong understanding of commercial and residential restoration projectsExpertise in Xactimate and Symbility, T&MAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, reporting, data analysis)Highly analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisionsStrong organizational and detail-oriented mindsetDemonstrated ability to drive accountability and performance across teamsExperience with hiring, recruiting, and team developmentWhat Success Looks LikeImproved production efficiency and profitabilityHigh team accountability and consistent system usageAccurate estimating and job costingStrong customer satisfaction and repeat businessScalable operational systems that support company growthWhy This Role MattersThis is a key leadership position and long-term investment in the company's future.
