Quality Inspector - Up To 30/hr

Quality InspectorPay Rate: $25 - $30/hourShift: 1st Shift Hours (Monday to Friday / 7:00am - 3:30pm)Job ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional and geometric inspections using CMM, SmartScope, and manual metrology tools.Create inspection reports and issue inspection certifications.Write and modify CMM and SmartScope programs for reverse engineering.Manipulate 2D and 3D CAD data for inspection processes.Schedule and prioritize inspection work.Train CMM and SmartScope users in the tool room or other departments.Schedule or perform maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.Essential SkillsExperience with tolerancing and inspection.Quality experience with tight tolerancing down to the tenths.Candidates need some CMM experience, but various CMM types are acceptable.Work EnvironmentWork in a manufacturer of high-end catheters, featuring a proprietary tool room in Wyomissing, PA, dedicated to producing precision tooling for R&D and manufacturing facilities worldwide.
