M-Tech is theplace for you.M-Tech has an immediate need for an Executive Operations (Exec Ops) / ExecutiveAssistant to directly support the Department of the Navy Rapid Capabilities Office(DONRCO) Civilian Director. This person will operate in a fast-paced, highly sensitiveenvironment, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while maintaining the higheststandards of confidentiality and professionalism. This role will support the DONRCO’score mission to expedite the development and fielding of advanced technologies, systems,and capabilities to address critical capability gaps and urgent warfighter needs. This is anexciting opportunity to work at the forefront of one of the nation’s top national securitypriorities.Responsibilities • Serve as the primary administrative point of contract for the DONRCO Director • Provide multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure theeffective and productive use of the Director’s time • Maintain and coordinate daily schedules of the Director, ensuring all operationsare timely and professional • Manage and coordinate professional scheduling, including calendarmanagement, meeting coordination and preparations, and other logistics • Arrange and oversee meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing,including minute-taking and attendee contact roster management • Plan, book, and oversee Director travel arrangements, including itinerarydevelopment, reservations, and travel voucher preparation, etc. utilizing DefenseTravel System (DTS) • Coordination of classified meetings, including GVS and classified bridges • Provide administrative support within a Sensitive Compartmented InformationFacility (SCIF), strictly maintaining classified security protocols • Provide budgetary and contract-related administrative support as needed.Requirements • Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance • Three to five (3-5) years of experience in an administrative role supporting seniormilitary and civilian leadership in the government • Expertise in managing executive leadership calendars, phone correspondence,and briefing preparation • Highly organized and able to effectively prioritize and manage tasks • Ability to maintain confidentiality, use discretion, and good judgement • Self-motivated and require little guidance/oversight to begin and complete tasks • Proficient in Microsoft suite of tools, with an interest and aptitude to learn newsoftware and systemsPreferred characteristics • Prior military service • Experience with DON, NAVSEA, OPNAV, or similar organizations across the DOW • Experience working with DOW/DON weapon systems and transitioning advancedcapabilities/technologies • Project management skills and experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with stakeholders,senior-level personnel, and team members • Proactive problem solver that is dependable with a high attention to detail
