Now HiringService BDC RepresentativeDepartmentService | Business Development Center (BDC)Job OverviewThe Service Business Development Center (BDC) Representative plays a critical role in supporting the service department by serving as the primary point of contact between the dealership and its customers. We are seeking motivated, professional, and customer focused Service BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer communications, proactively scheduling and confirming service appointments, and ensuring a consistent, high quality customer experience across all touch points.
