Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Make a significant impact in early childhood education by providing vital speech and language services to pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students. This onsite contract opportunity offers the chance to support young learners' communication development as part of a caring educational environment. You'll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 25-35 students, becoming an integral partner in their progress throughout the academic year.Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid SLP license; out-of-state applicants considered if willing to obtain California certificationCertificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Experience working in school settings, particularly with PreK and Kindergarten students, is advantageousStrong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindsetAbility to design and implement individualized therapy plans and collect ongoing dataCore Responsibilities:Deliver direct speech and language therapy to PreK and Kindergarten studentsConduct comprehensive assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetingsDevelop, implement, and update IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and familiesMaintain accurate records and document student progress regularlyCommunicate effectively with caregivers, staff, and administrators to ensure a supportive learning environmentRemain current with best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology and educational requirementsTake advantage of working in a supportive school environment with consistent full-time hours throughout the academic year.
