Required skills: Well-versed in internal combustion engine operation Experience in rebuilding engines and engine assembly Strong understanding of engine timing Technical automotive experience Ability to use/read precision measuring equipment Ability to manage and document time Strong organizational skills Preferred skills: Mercedes Benz, German automotive experience preferred Engine blueprinting experience preferred Knowledge of machining Knowledge of WIS Custom or race engine building experience Outlined Duties: Tear down and rebuild complete engines, mostly Mercedes Benz applications Build custom performance and race engines, including pre-merger AMG Work both independently and alongside machinists/fabricators/technicians/engineers on projects Manage time and workload and record accurate documentation of time Maintain a clean and organized workspace Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Life insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Experience: Engine Assembly: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: Stuart, FL 34997 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Stuart, FL 34997: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
