The CFO will be responsible for business development, engaging with CEOs, budgeting, preparing financial statements and overseeing external audits, managing small teams, cap table management and fundraising. The role requires driving financial strategy, analyzing complex financial data, evaluating performance metrics, and supporting long-term business growth.QualificationsPrior CFO experienceExpertise in accounting, modeling and financial strategy Proficiency in creating and analyzing financial statements and conducting overall financial managementExceptional analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-makingExtensive knowledge of finance operations, processes, and toolsDemonstrated leadership and the ability to build relationships across an organizationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is a plusExperience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment is preferredExceptional communication and problem-solving skills
