Together, we have developed two new concepts: a 100 seat brasserie and bar (Le Depot Brasserie) and a French pastry & coffee shop (Union Patisserie).Position Summary:The Barista will be responsible for the highest quality preparation and service of coffee-based beverages and other specialty drinks, as well as the service of food items such as bread, pastries, salads and sandwiches.
