Bi-Vocational Pastor

Seeking a bi-vocational pastorTo lead and grow a small Southern Baptist Church in Avon Park, FL. By our definition, this means hiring a senior pastor with the understanding that he would be free to pursue secondary employment which supplements his income without disrupting the duties as pastor of our church. Our hope would be to grow to the point of supporting a full-time pastor. The pastor should be a man who desires to build unity within the church as well as relationships within the community and to grow the church’s ministry according to God’s will.
