This role focuses on developing and enhancing statistical and predictive models to improve forecasting accuracy, workforce planning, and operational decisionmaking.You will work closely with crossfunctional partners in operations, workforce management, and analytics to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Analyze large, complex datasets to improveforecasting accuracy and operational planningDevelop, maintain, and enhancestatistical and predictive modelsfor volume and contact center forecastingApplytimeseries forecasting, predictive modeling, and scenario planningtechniques to anticipate demandPartner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve productivity, performance, and customer experienceCreate and presentclear data visualizations and insightsfor technical and nontechnical audiencesCommunicate forecasting results and recommendations to internal teams and occasional external partnersSupport optimization of staffing and workforce planning models with guidance from senior team membersPriority will be given to candidates who reside in the Columbus, OH metropolitan areaWe are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role, presently or in the future.Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree inData Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience4+ years of experienceapplying advanced analytics to solve business problemsCritical Skills & ExperienceStrong experience (4+ years) withforecasting and statistical modeling, includingtimeseries analysisProficiency (4+ years) inPython (required) and experience withRAdvanced (4+ years) SQL and experience working with large datasetsHandson experience (4+ years) withdata modeling, statistics, and applied mathematics4+ years' Experience usingDatabricks, Snowflake, or similar cloudbased data platformsAbility to analyze trends, mine complex transactional data, and troubleshoot analytical issuesExperience creatinganalyticsdriven visualizationsand presenting insights clearlyComfortable working with moderate autonomy in a collaborative, crossfunctional environmentPreferred / NicetoHaveExperience withcontact center analytics, workforce management, or operational forecastingBackground inhealthcare, pharmaceutical, biopharma, or insuranceenvironmentsExposure to advanced techniques such asmachine learning, regression, segmentation, NLP, or decision treesFamiliarity withAzure, automation, version control, or model deployment workflowsStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholdermanagement skillsIntellectual curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and desire to continuously learnAdditional InformationMust be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)Standard office/remote work environmentCoverMyMeds and McKesson value diverse perspectives and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
