Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in La Puente, CA, for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will engage with potential and existing clients to understand their office furniture needs, recommend suitable solutions, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, preparing quotations, meeting sales targets, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, the Salesperson will support showroom visits, collaborate with the internal design and operations teams, and contribute to the growth of the company’s client base. Qualifications Proven sales skills, client relationship-building abilities, and a results-driven approach.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to clearly present products and solutions to clients.Customer service expertise and the ability to deliver exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.Basic familiarity with interior design and a keen eye for office furniture trends is a plus.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Adaptability to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and problem-solving skills.
