We are dedicated to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity, compassion, and purpose.We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney with estate tax planning experience to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney who can manage sophisticated planning matters, advise high-net-worth families, handle probate and trust administration, and provide exceptional client service in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.The ideal candidate combines technical legal knowledge with strong interpersonal skills, practical judgment, and a commitment to helping clients protect assets and preserve family wealth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement customized estate plans for individuals, families, business owners, and high-net-worth clientsAdvise clients regarding wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and incapacity planningStructure advanced planning strategies involving estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax considerationsDraft and review sophisticated planning vehicles such as ILITs, GRATs, SLATs, QPRTs, dynasty trusts, and charitable planning toolsCounsel clients regarding business succession planning, family entities, and legacy preservation strategiesCoordinate planning with CPAs, financial advisors, wealth managers, and trusteesCommunicate clearly, professionally, and compassionately with clients throughout the legal processEnsure compliance with Florida law, court rules, and firm proceduresCollaborate with firm leadership to improve processes, workflow, and growth initiativesMaintain accurate documentation in Clio or similar systemsQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolActive member in good standing with The Florida Bar5+ years of estate planning, trusts & estates, probate, or related experienceDemonstrated experience with estate tax, gift tax, or advanced wealth transfer planningStrong drafting skills for sophisticated trust documentsKnowledge of Florida probate, trust, and estate planning lawStrong client communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to independently manage matters from intake through completionHighly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focusedLL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning (preferred)Experience with high-net-worth clientele (preferred)Benefits & CompensationCompetitive annual compensation range: $100,000 – $150,000, based on experienceBonus opportunities tied to production and performanceHealth, Dental, Vision InsuranceLife & Disability CoveragePaid Time Off and Paid Holidays401(k) plan with Safe Harbor ContributionProfessional development supportStrong administrative and paralegal support staffThe Siegel Law Group is an equal opportunity employer.
