Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (Technical Products)Location (city, state): Essex County, MAIndustry: Advanced Manufacturing / High-Tech EngineeringPay: $130,000 – $145,000/ yr DOEBenefits: Dental, Health, Vision, 401K Job Description:This is a high-ownership Product Marketing Manager role responsible for driving how complex, highly engineered products are introduced, positioned, and managed throughout their lifecycle. You will act as the connective force between engineering, sales, and commercial teams- ensuring products are successfully launched, adopted, and optimized in the market. The ideal candidate thrives in a technical environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is confident translating complex product details into clear commercial value. This role blends strategy with execution and requires someone who is equally comfortable building structure, influencing stakeholders, and rolling up their sleeves to get things done. Key Responsibilities:Own product lifecycle strategy from launch through maturity and phase-out Lead coordination for new product introductions, ensuring strong market readiness and sales alignment Partner closely with sales and channel teams to support revenue growth and product adoption Contribute to pricing discussions and help guide market-aligned positioning decisions Work alongside engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth execution from development through release Improve and manage product sampling and rollout processes to support customer engagement Create and refine product messaging, internal training materials, and sales enablement tools Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field 6+ years of experience in product marketing/technical marketing Strong analytical thinking with a structured, detail-oriented approach Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-paced, technical environment Additional Details:Highly cross-functional role with visibility across multiple business units Strong emphasis on execution, ownership, and continuous improvement Perks:Direct impact on how innovative products reach the market and succeed Exposure to cutting-edge engineering and high-growth industries Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
