Leasing Transaction Manager
Role OverviewMobilelink USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Transaction Manager tooversee the full lifecycle of real estate transactions across our retail portfolio. This role isresponsible for lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, landlord coordination, andongoing lease administration. The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner to internal teamsincluding construction, operations, and finance, ensuring seamless execution of all real estateactivities.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and manage leases, renewals, amendments, and related legal documentsInterpret lease terms and provide internal guidance on obligations and risk exposureNegotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease agreements for new sites and relocationsManage acquisitions and dispositions, including PSA review, tracking critical dates, and closing coordinationDraft and manage Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) for store sales and dispositionsOversee lease assignments pre- and post-closingNegotiate and manage lease buyouts related to store closuresReview and manage estoppels and SNDAsHandle landlord disputes and resolve lease-related issuesManage landlord maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, utilities, access, etc.)Coordinate with construction teams on space condition, turnover timelines, and delivery datesManage site submissions and approvals for new stores and relocationsMaintain and manage lease data within internal platforms.Coordinate landlord approvals for signage, space plans, and store eventsDraft and send welcome letters post-closing, including COI and ACH informationManage turnover and delivery notifications, including utilities, rent commencement, and compliance documentationReview and analyze CAM reconciliations and request supporting documentationSupport rent payment decisions related to openings and closings, including dispute identificationManage shared real estate inbox, including landlord communications, COI requests, and maintenance issuesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred3–7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or transaction managementStrong knowledge of lease agreements, real estate transactions, and contract negotiationExperience managing acquisitions, dispositions, and landlord relationshipsFamiliarity with lease management systems is a plusExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
