Renewal of appointment is contingent upon availability of funds, program/operational needs and satisfactory performance.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCo-lead alongside the Program Director in providing overall academic and administrative leadership of the STEMS2 Masters Program.Oversee, and implement program planning activities, including curriculum development, course scheduling, and strategic initiatives.Develop and execute recruitment strategies, and co-lead the application review and admissions processes to ensure high-quality student selection.Oversee advising and student support services for graduate students, fostering their academic success and professional growth.Collaborate with faculty, university offices, and community partners to strengthen program delivery and impact.Direct program communications, events, and cohort activities, including hybrid learning experiences and summer sessions.Review, refine, and edit program-developed curriculum, lessons, and activities to maintain high standards of quality and alignment with program goals.Lead program assessment, accreditation, and reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with university and external requirements.Partner with the Program Director and College administration to guide budget management and resource allocation.Build and sustain relationships with external advisory boards and education stakeholders in STEM fields to advance program visibility and influence.Facilitate and lead professional development opportunities for faculty and students to enhance teaching, learning, and leadership within the program.Perform other duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsMaster's Degree from a college or university of recognized standing in Education, STEM disciplines or related field.Facility in the techniques of integrated STEM and community-based education.Accuracy, alertness and adaptability.Professionalism in meeting and conferring with others.Minimum of 3 years of experience in K-12 instructionExcellent written and verbal communication with the ability to professionally meet and confer with diverse audiences and stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with teams.Desirable QualificationsPhD from a college or university of recognized standing in Education, STEM disciplines or related field.Experience applying or teaching via the STEMS2 Framework in K-12 and/or post-secondary educationExperience in building partnerships with community organizations and professionalsExperience in writing a grant proposal to secure funding through grants for educational programs or research initiatives.Experience in Higher Education instruction and administrationTo Apply: Click on the "Apply" button on the top right corner of the screen to complete an application and attach required documents to the online application.
