Final-stage candidates will be asked to travel to our Boca Raton, Florida office. Team members may also be asked to travel 1–2 times per year for executive team meetings. We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can help us modernize the product, improve performance, and build practical AI-powered features that create real value for users.This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building across the stack, improving legacy functionality, and helping shape where a SaaS platform should be heading in 2027.What You’ll DoBuild and enhance AI-powered product features across the RecruiterPM platformHelp design and implement RAG-based experiences, intelligent search workflows, and agentic AI features for end usersBuild integrations and workflows using modern LLM platforms, including Claude-based MCPs and related AI toolingImprove OpenSearch relevance and performance across structured, keyword, and AI-assisted search experiencesOptimize MySQL queries, indexes, execution plans, and schema design to improve speed and scalabilityHelp improve our CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and release processes for faster and safer product deliverySupport DevOps-oriented engineering work, including build pipelines, testing automation, environment consistency, and production deployment reliabilityPartner on infrastructure and deployment improvements across application performance, monitoring, and scalabilityDevelop and maintain full-stack product functionality using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Linux, Vue.js, and JavaScriptPartner with product and leadership to identify high-impact technical improvements and bring them to lifeHelp evolve our platform architecture so it can scale with product growth and future AI initiativesWhat We’re Looking For4+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a SaaS product environmentStrong experience with PHP and LaravelSolid experience writing and optimizing complex MySQL queriesExperience working with search technologies such as OpenSearch or ElasticsearchHands-on experience building or integrating AI-powered product features using LLMs, vector search, embeddings, RAG, or workflow automationAbility to work across the stack, including frontend work in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Vue.js or similar frameworksExperience working with CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and modern software release practicesFamiliarity with DevOps concepts such as build automation, testing pipelines, environment management, logging, monitoring, and production troubleshootingComfortable working in Linux-based environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability in a growing startupNice to HaveExperience building agentic AI workflows or AI copilots inside SaaS platformsFamiliarity with Claude, MCPs, prompt orchestration, or related AI application patternsExperience with Docker, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD toolingFamiliarity with cloud infrastructure, server management, and deployment automationExperience supporting production SaaS environments with observability and incident troubleshootingExperience in ATS, CRM, HR tech, recruiting tech, or workflow-heavy SaaS platformsFamiliarity with DigitalOcean or similar cloud environmentsExperience with APIs, automation tools, and third-party integrationsInterest in helping shape technical direction as the engineering team growsWhy Join UsHelp build the future of AI, search, and workflow automation in recruiting softwareWork directly with company founders and have real influence on product directionJoin at a stage where your work can meaningfully shape the platform’s evolutionRemote work within the U.S.Opportunity for long-term growth as the company scales
