Sr Manager, Global Treasury Operations
Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, Global Treasury Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational integrity of ADI's global treasury activities. This role will play a critical part in standing up and scaling a best-in-class treasury operations function for a newly independent, publicly traded company, ensuring strong controls, efficient processes, and reliable liquidity management across the enterprise.The position will partner closely with the Senior Director of Treasury, Accounting, Tax, FP&A, and external banking partners to support cash management, banking operations, intercompany funding, treasury systems, and SOX-compliant controls.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Liquidity, Cash & Banking OperationsExecute daily global cash positioning, cash flow forecasting inputs, and liquidity reporting and modelingManage domestic and international bank account structures, including account openings, signatories, and documentationOversee cash concentration, pooling, and intercompany funding mechanicsPartner with banks to resolve operational issues, fee management, and service enhancementsTreasury Systems & InfrastructureServe as primary owner or administrator for treasury-related systems and banking platforms (e.g., e-banking portals, TMS, SWIFT, payment tools)Support implementation, stabilization, and optimization of treasury systems in a standalone public-company environmentEnsure system access controls, data integrity, and process documentation are maintainedPayments, Controls & ComplianceOversee payment execution processes (ACH, wires, intercompany settlements) with a strong focus on controls and fraud preventionMaintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation in compliance with SOX requirementsPartner with Accounting and Internal Audit on treasury-related audits, testing, and remediation effortsSupport quarterly and annual close activities, including cash, debt, and intercompany balancesIntercompany & Working Capital SupportManage intercompany loan activity, interest calculations, settlements, and reconciliationsCoordinate with Tax and Accounting on transfer pricing, intercompany agreements, and legal entity funding needsSupport working capital initiatives through improved cash visibility and operational disciplineOperational Leadership & Continuous ImprovementServe as a subject matter expert in treasury operations, partnering with internal stakeholders to support business activityLead and develop treasury operations staff, including analysts and managers, as applicableDrive process standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements across global treasury operationsDevelop scalable reporting and dashboards to support management visibility and decision-makingMUST HAVE:7+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate financeStrong understanding of cash management, payments, banking operations, short-term investments, and intercompany processesFamiliarity with SOX controls, treasury accounting, and internal control frameworksHands-on experience with enterprise-wide ERP, treasury systems and banking platformsExperience supporting or operating within a global, multi-entity, publicly traded company environment strongly preferredWE VALUE:Detail-oriented with a strong control mindsetHighly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsEffective communicator with the ability to partner cross-functionallyContinuous improvement mindset with a bias toward automation and simplificationWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:Competitive compensation and incentive eligibility aligned to role levelComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other voluntary benefits401(k) plan with company matchFlexible vacation policyParental leave and family-support benefitsEmployee assistance and wellbeing programsOpportunities for career growth and development within a global organizationExposure to senior leadership and the ability to make enterprise-level impact#LI-WD1 #HYBRIDAbout UsResideo Technologies has announced its intention to spin off ADI Global Distribution and establish it as a separate, publicly traded company.
