Internal Medicine / Faculty Physician opening in Fresno, CA

Position Summary Seeking BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join a group with 30+ health center locations in the central valley. The physician will see patients in an outpatient-only practice in both teaching and non‑teaching environments. Responsibilities Provide clinical care to patients in outpatient settings. Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows, including supervision, time commitment, and development of a learning environment across all ACGME competency areas. Contribute to scholarly activities, including research, clinical trials, publications, and participation in academic meetings. Support resident involvement in scholarly activities and foster an environment of inquiry and scholarship. Promote a culture of academic excellence among students, residents, and faculty. Engage in ongoing faculty development activities such as self‑reflection, media engagement, and educational training. Qualifications Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Internal Medicine (BE/BC). Experience working with underserved patient populations. Mission‑driven, compassionate, and committed to integrity, respect, and excellence. Strong interest in resident education and commitment to teaching responsibilities. Active research portfolio or demonstrated scholarship in peer‑reviewed publications, presentations, or committee involvement. Compensation & Benefits Base pay range starts at $275,000 per year, commensurate with experience. All locations qualify for loan repayment; providers have successfully qualified.
