Job Title: Acquisition Support SpecialistWork Arrangement: RemoteWorksite Address: remoteInterview Type: Webcam Interview OnlyJob Summary:The Acquisition Support Specialist supports procurement and contract management activities for Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES) projects. This role works closely with leadership, project teams, and stakeholders to manage the full acquisition lifecycle—from planning and solicitation to contract execution and monitoring.Key Responsibilities:• Draft RFPs, contracts, amendments, and procurement documents• Manage end-to-end acquisition lifecycle (solicitation to post-award)• Conduct market research and cost analysis• Evaluate vendors and support contract award process• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams• Support contract administration and ensure deliverables are met• Assist in acquisition planning and strategic procurement initiativesRequired Skills & Experience:• 7+ years in public procurement and contract management• Experience with technology contracting (MES preferred)• Strong knowledge of solicitation development and vendor evaluation• Experience with procurement tools/software• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsCertifications (Required):• NCCM (North Carolina Contract Manager)• CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager)Thanks & Regards
