We are celebrating our 25 year anniversary in Pepper Pike. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Sales Associate at The Feng Clinic. The Front Desk Sales Associate will be responsible for handling appointments, managing communication, performing scheduling duties and delivering exceptional customer service! Qualifications Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Experience in scheduling appointments Sales/Retail experience Ability to multitask and stay on track Ability to learn and retain information Attention to detail Knowledge of health and wellness industry is a plus Professional well-groomed appearance Great benefits and starting wages & commission from product sales!
