Senior Manager - EHS (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager - EHS (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $118,000 – $196,700 annuallyResponsibilities Ensure compliance with EHS laws, certifications, and procedures Maintain and improve the EHS management system to meet regulations Conduct EHS inspections and implement corrective actions Lead incident investigations and evaluate EHS impacts on operations Coordinate the Emergency Response Program and provide effective training Analyze EHS metrics and prepare performance reports for stakeholders Manage environmental compliance, waste programs, and sustainability effortsQualifications Bachelor's Degree required; STEM or MS Degree preferred 10+ years of experience in EHS in a corporate environment Proficient in data analytics tools and Microsoft Office (especially Power BI and Excel) Proven ability to drive training initiatives and foster a proactive EHS culture Strong relationship-building skills with frontline leaders and cross-functional partnersBenefits Fully remote position allowing flexibility in work location within the U.S Exposure to international operations across multiple regions (U.S., LATAM, and Canada) Opportunity to lead strategic EHS initiatives in a global logistics context Engagement with senior leaders and influence in EHS decision-making Involvement in a corporate culture that prioritizes worker health and safetyOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
