ResponsibilitiesSupport the sourcing of new acquisition opportunities through broker outreach, cold calling, and direct prospect communicationAssist in evaluating and underwriting potential investment opportunities across retail, industrial, and office asset classes in the Orange County marketSupport acquisition due diligence including financial modeling, rent roll analysis, and property document reviewConduct market, demographic, and comparable sales research to support investment theses and offering materialsPrepare and maintain financial data for portfolio tracking, deal pipelines, and client reportingAssist in the preparation of marketing materials, investment summaries, and broker opinion of value packagesSupport transaction coordination across active listings and PSA negotiations as neededQualificationsCurrently enrolled or recently graduated (preferably Junior/Senior) or Master's program in real estate, business administration, finance, economics, or a related fieldPrior exposure to commercial real estate, investment analysis, or financial modeling preferredProficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with CoStar and LoopNet a plusStrong quantitative, analytical, written, and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsCalifornia real estate license is a plus but not requiredAdditional InformationPaid internship with direct exposure to live investment sales transactions, marketing, and acquisition underwritingHands-on experience working alongside an experienced team in the Newport Beach/Orange County marketStart date will be on rolling basis with opportunity for an analyst role following graduation
