Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal's future.What the job looks likeBe the Key Connector – Build strong relationships with Supply Chain partners (Production Planning, External Supply, Demand Managers, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination.Act as a Liaison Between Regions & Functions – Work closely with regional supply chain teams, manufacturing sites, and commercial stakeholders to align global supply strategies with market needs.Own Inventory & Service Levels – Become the go-to expert for all things related to inventory management and service optimization.Drive Operational Excellence – Proactively identify and resolve supply chain challenges to achieve the best customer service and inventory outcomes.Tackle Supply Disruptions Head-On – Identify, elevate, and resolve supply issues, working with functional partners to address root causes.Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) – Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, and Demand teams to ensure smooth product launches and seamless phase‐in/phase‐out planning.Manage Transitions Smoothly – Oversee planning activities related to product phase‐ins and phase‐outs, keeping our supply chain agile and responsive.Lead the Conversation – Drive end‐to‐end planning meetings for each Value Stream and prepare for key monthly Operational Reviews.Shape the Bigger Picture – Provide strategic supply input into the S&OP/IBP process, ensuring transparency of risks and opportunities.Monitor & Improve KPIs – Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turns, service levels, forecast accuracy, and supply reliability, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.What you'll bring to the tableA Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.Hands‐on experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Production Planning (preferably in Pharma or FMCG).Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP‐R3 (Power BI, Kinaxis is a plus!).A natural leader, able to drive projects and teams toward success.A collaborator who values diverse perspectives and thrives in a multicultural environment.A problem‐solver who thinks outside the box and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.A team player with a strong focus on quality and service.A proactive mindset, able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.Strong analytical, planning, and problem‐solving skills to drive smarter decision‐making.Gabriela Cunha, the Hiring ManagerGrünenthal is a global leader in pain management and related diseases.
