Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Fort Washington, MD working in an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Apply now and a recruiter will reach out with more details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience or proficiency in orthopedic physical therapy required. Vestibular experience preferred. New graduates considered. One year of clinical experience preferred. Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and manage a patient load consistent with outpatient clinic expectations (client expectation: 11 patients per day). Maintain professional licensure, complete required continuing education, and adhere to state practice act and clinic policies. Assignment Details Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Duration: 13 week assignment. Schedule: Monday and Tuesday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Shift Pattern: 5x8. Patient evaluation time: 60 minutes per evaluation. Clinical expectation: approximately 11 patients per day. Location Highlights Fort Washington, MD offers convenient access to historic sites and outdoor recreation within short drives.
