Technical and Trade SchoolsCommercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and MaintenanceIndustrial Machinery ManufacturingScheduled Air TransportationSchool and Employee Bus TransportationMonday - Saturday3:00 PM - 1:00 AMResponsibilities- Maintain production machines and facility equipment.- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.- Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment.- Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and foundry facilities.- Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.- Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report issues or unusual situations to proper Maintenance Supervisor.- Comply with health and safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.- Adheres to training program and any relevant training through the Operations Trainer.- Other responsibilities as dictated by the Maintenance Supervisor.QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of five (5) years maintenance experience in the following trades:- Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Electrical, Mechanical, and/or PLCs- Technical knowledge of equipment/machine processes.- Ability to work OT, off-shifts, & weekends- Combustion processes, burners, valve trains, temperature controllers- Welding and fabricating- Refractory and furnace lining.- Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic, machine controls, welding, PLC's & electrical- Basic computer entry skills- Health and Safety Standards and Compliance- Process Improvement Techniques- Electrical and electronic controls; troubleshooting and/or programming- Mobile equipment including forklifts, wheel loaders- Material handling, conveyors- Ventilation systems with 50-250 HP motor Bag houses (dust collectors)- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Strengths in teamwork, organization, communication, and efficiency.The pay for this position is $35.66. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience.
